The Zapurza Story

Art is a integral part of our civilization. And, we have a very rich legacy of creativity and craftsmanship – right from wall paintings to textiles, and from music to jewellery.

Unfortunately, in today’s busy and fast paced life, we get very little time or mind space to appreciate art, to pick up a hobby, or even to try something new out of curiosity.

At Zapurza you can do all of the above regardless of your age. This is a large space, spread over eight acres of land, on the back waters of Khadakwasla dam.

Zapurza is dedicated to art and culture. It has museum spaces, art galleries, workshop spaces, auditorium and an amphi-theatre. It’s a platform for creativity and experiential learning.

We would be glad to be a facilitator for all kinds of art and art related efforts.
