Witness Unique Collection

Zapurza Collection comprises mainly of

Paintings by Indian Masters, artworks of pre- and post-Independence era, by eminent Indian Artists from Raja Ravi Varma, M. F. Husain, M. V. Dhurandhar, S. H. Raza, Prabhakar Barwe, N. S. Bendre and many more. The collection broadly represents the artists from Bombay School of Art, Maharashtra School, Shantiniketan and Folk Art. The collection also houses Lithographs and Oleographs by Raja Ravi Varma Press and other contemporary artists of that era. The jewellery collection contains gold, silver, and diamond. Some pieces which are displayed in the museum are as old as 200 years. Sarees and Fabrics at Zapurza. We have one of the largest and most exclusive collection of Paithanis and other ethnic weaves on display. Objects and Artefacts range from lamps to toys and from gramophone records to household items. It is a very interesting and varied collection of objects from the last few centuries.
